ask someone who lost last round to do the counting once the thread is locked....or set a time and post "it's 15h00 UK time, the voting is over. Results in the next post". I don't think it'll be too much trouble (besides for the faceoff you're participating in).
but besides that, why would you need someone to take over?
even if you're in the competition, you can create the thread for other people, it's not like your opening threads have been childish so far or anything.
And looking at the names still in the list, I doubt you'll see one of them crying as a baby because you forgot a "," in his description.
