PS3 will not be a 10 year console. PS1 was a 10 year console because it was the best selling one of the generation. PS2 was a 10 year console because it was the best selling one of the generation. PS3 will lose third party support as soon as PS4 comes out and first party shortly after unless it becomes the most popular console by then.
Wii will probably be a 10 year console if the new nintendo console attempts to innovate controls in a new way or goes back to normal controls, otherwise there won't be any 10 year consoles this generation. Sony can't guarantee its consoles to be 10 year consoles. If games stop selling well, the console will die, whether it is the sony brand or not. Sony has a decent chance of passing 360 though, since it will probably last a year or two longer then it.
