I think he is pretaining to how both the PSP and the PS3 sell ridiculously low amounts of software relative to the hardware sold. The PS3 isn't nearly as bad though, but the top games on the system do drop like rocks when it comes to longevity. The PSP on the other hand is horrendous for software sales. Keep in mind I do really like the system personally, but what I normally buy on it are remakes of old games (maverick hunter, FF: tactics etc.).
