2) We're talking about the month of February in the US. It didn't even give it a weekly boost of 68%, it was a boost of 21% for the week. Where are you getting 68% from?

From your link. Maybe you should learn how to read charts. I can tell you it aint a coincidence sales rose 20k week before KZ2 came out then another 16k after that.
