I wonder if they'll do the VC releases of the original Japan only NES and SNES FF games (II, III and V). If so what do they name those now?

Doing that would require either Square or Nintendo to apply translations to them.

Sounds like translations have already been done for other releases of them.  They'd just have to be applied to the original version for VC.

Plus they've brought other Japan only releases to VC, although I don't know how much, if any, translating was done for those.

I imagine if sales are strong enough for FFI and FFII (IV), Square would do it, but not holding my breathe.   Will download FFII in the meantime
