According to the official GDC site, there will be two sessions that Nintendo will have speakers in. One is Steve Rabin who will be with other developers discussing things. The other will be Yoshio Sakamoto who will be talking about different tastes for different gamers from Metroid to Tomodatchi collection.
As for like an entire conference, I can't say I know exactly although they will have a booth most likely showing everything that was shown in February at their media summit.
