Sony- PlayStation network lacks private chat, and they don't make all their shooters coop (Uncharted is fine non-coop).
Microsoft- They need to buy more studios and stop paying third parties so often, and I hate avatars.
Nintendo- they live in the 80's and don't create new IP's. The lack of HD graphics in their current console as if this was still the ps2 era.
