I know this is kind of... late... in coming, but I finally had some play time on my hands and decided to dust off The Conduit so I could wrap up the campaign mode.
I was stricken with a:
"What the... the credits are rolling?"
I didn't even realize I had beaten the game, or was even at the "Final boss battle" until it was all over.
I can see they were trying to set up a sequal, but it didn't go at all with the "I was there..." intro style to the game they used
Overall, one of the worst endings in recent gaming history.
Thoughts?
 I am a Gauntlet Adventurer.I strive to improve my living conditions by hoarding gold, food, and sometimes keys and potions. I love adventure, fighting, and particularly winning - especially when there's a prize at stake. I occasionally get lost inside buildings and can't find the exit. I need food badly.
