I would say no, as far as those two games go.
But, I think getting a PS3 right now is based on how much of a nessecity it is at the moment. If you really want to play those games, and just can't wait, I would get it for your B-Day. However, if you think you can find other stuff to do over the summer, the PS3 price may come down by this fall. Even if it dosn't I expect MS and Sony to battle very hard with value due to Natal and PSMC.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter.
