Probably Nintendo in the larger sense.
But for me Team ICO (only two games but what games), Valve and more recently Naughty Dog are pretty damn amazing.
Going by awards for best place to work Insomniac deserve a mention as it seems that from a pure workplace environment perspective they are a dream to work for.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
