i think, nintendo is the developer who can be considered as the best , because of the quality of all it's games, (there's a few exeptions like wii music), buy generally and comparatively tio the other developer, the number of quality nintendo's games surpasses the number of the other devloper, this is my opinion, how about yours?

The best Action/RPG ever (Diablo)

They also have the best CG team in the history of videogaming.

Treasure-The only developer in the world that only puts AAA titles.

Treasure has developed:

The best Shoot 'em Up ever (Ikaruga) and The most respected Shoot 'em Up franchise ever (Bangai-O)
The best rail shooter ever (Sin and Punishment)
The best Beat 'em Up ever (Guardian Heroes)

They also have the best toga parties in the history of videogaming.
