Heavenly Sword wouldn't surprise me but considering this is Santa Monica, I think SONY would want them on something much bigger. This is one of their key US devs.
With that said, I expect a new IP. When I think of other SONY franchises around the level of GoW I don't really see their current developers really letting go for anything other than perhaps a PSP spin-off.
