Gameplay isn't much different in both version when in motion, so no big deal there.
Framerate drops for PS3 version are negligible. They occur during some closeups on faces and parts of the game like when the first boss exploded. The latter dropped from 30 to 28. During gameplay however like running around or during battles both versions remained at a constant 30fps.
The big problem however is the video, which happens to be one of the most important aspects of a Final Fantasy game. If the PS3 version had those same issues as the 360 version I would have gone with the 360 version.
I was waiting for this game for so damn long since the last time I finished a proper numbered Final Fantasy was back with FFX. It took me until these reports and proof of video issues and lower resolution before I dropped my pre-order.
Look, if Kowenicki wants it for 360 I think there is zero wrong with it, it is entirely up to him. I only know that I wouldn't be able to handle choppy, blocky video when there is supposedly 9 hours of it.
iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
