If all you want is to get all the other dolphins, then you only need to train 1 of them.... you should be able to get up to level 1 within 5-10 minutes, as soon as Oceane says something like: 'getting really good at this trick now' for each of the 6 tricks, you should be able to go to hayako and ask her to test the dolphin.
