The thing you guys don't get about MGS2 is that they actually swapped out Raiden from every trailer and led you to believe that you'd be Snake in the actual game the whole time, and then the game came along and you, well... Weren't.
They outright lied and you were supposed to play as some random new guy who wasn't very well-received (compared to Snake). That's why it's on the list.
