everyone is biased. The important part is whether they let it cloud their judgment or not.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Some people are better at expressing concepts than others, so sometimes the inability results in what is considered bias. However, it is also bias on the other end when that concept is not given a chance.
Khuutra is especially good at this latter part. I think he can make connections with ideas because his initial reaction isn't to push it away. However, Khuutra is still biased... but he is balanced. It's hard to really answer the OP correctly, because the two terms are not really interchangeable.
