Yes. Weed is a pretty mild drug and making it illegal isn't stopping anyone from getting it, it just creates a black market, invites crime and gets sold to anyone with money for it, including youth. If legal you could tax and regulate it.
I think it should be restricted like alcohol and cigarettes but making it illegal doesn't really benefit anybody, whether you smoke it or not.
