I guess they care very little for games with excellent graphics which covers up for mediocre game play. FFXIII is a prime example of that it has great graphics on the exterior but the interior its gameplay is very mediocre. The game has been made easier to attract more people to play it. You have the option to auto battle in this game, let the game play itself. What is the point of that?
FFXIII is more or less a sequel to FFXII. FF games have been rehashed and SE made this game worse than previous FF games. The XBox 360 version of FFXIII was completed within 12 months.
FFXIII (PS3) 81 on metacritic based on 18 reviews. FFXIII (360) 87 on metacritic based on 6 reviews. FFXIII for either PS3 or 360 will be lucky to stay above 80 on metacritic. Lowest rated main series FF game of all time!!! |
New Super Mario Bros. Wii - 70
Mario Kart Wii - 60
YES that's clearly the case. If you are trying to defend EDGE, atleast use valid arguments, if it was about fun factor, those games above would score through the roof.
EDGE has a very weired scoring system, they doesn't have any consistency or logic implied to it. Average games are getting 9's, while other arguably better ones are getting 6's and 7's.

Perhaps i'm in the minority but I didn't find MKWii fun at all...
After a few stages of the DS game [was my sister's, just tried it out out of boredom], I had no interest in playing NSMBW.
