I had a 2 year old Nintendo DS Lite that my little cousin gave to me. Apparently, he got so angry he bit the top screen off. Nintendo fixed it for $50.
Also, my Gamecube lens was damaged, sent it in. Free, 7 days. Even though I'm not supposed to, but I still touch the lens and for some reason it never fails to work.
I Love Nintendo's customer service. If only Microsoft (Not just for Xbox but other related products) was this good. Anybody who works with computers and has tried activating Windows knows what I'm talking about.
But on topic, Nintendo is the best example of a user-friendly customer service.

This is the true definition of owning.
