Yes I think it should be sold just like cigarettes. And the legal age should be the same as for alcohol. Of course laws will have to be put into place to do with "driving while high" and other future problems.
Oh and on a completely separate note, anyone who says smoking weed has no harmful effects is an idiot and/or in denial. I think I've posted in a previous thread some of the effects of smoking/consuming weed so I'm not going to do it again. Just look on any health site and they'll tell you all the effects like lung damage/disease and brain damage for starters.
I'm only in favour of legalizing it because I think that legalizing it will make it less of a "cool" thing to do. Also I'm in favour of making money and there's legal money to be had in marijuana sale.
