99.9% certain it sold more than 1.25 million. PC games don't stop selling after their first year. Infact, many PC games end up selling much more than their first year of release.

And insane promotions like Bioshock being only $5 on Steam (which all happened AFTER June 2008) would increase the sales of Bioshock like crazy.
