I don't think you understand the situation. A school voucher scheme isn't trying to deny the free education of any child. Quite the opposite in fact, it is trying to improve it by a great deal. All children will have the right to education and will be able to attend school for free, a school voucher will just mean they attend a privately run school of their choice who offer a higher level of education.

You will still have community schools, you will still have a national curriculum, you will still have all the advantages of state school and more.

I like to think I'm neutral enough to admit when something is a good idea, and I think school voucher systems are definitely a good idea for the USA's school system.
