okay... Since the beginning of ROF development, thay have made it pretty clear they want the PS3 and 360 to equal.... Meaning NO differences. So the PS3 in all its BR goodness most likely could handle the task.. the 360 could not. Why not include ONLY English voices? The 360 doesn't have a problem handling that. No squeeze-ins required like that the way I understand it.

because its SEGA's new style of keeping there Japanese games authentic.. I guess + plus tri-Ace past interview hinted they may not have been happy with the English VA's for there past titles. They strongly urged to play it in Japanese. We dont know how many scenes wont be voiced but as long as the important scenes get voiced it doesn't matter.
