puffy said: I think many are expecting too much to be completely honest.. I mean think back to past years, Nintendo have only released 8 - 10 retail games a year for Wii, not to mention that Metroid: Other M is actually a Q3 title in PAL territories. I'm guessing the whole 2010 line up will be something like: - Endless Ocean 2 - Sin and Punishment 2 - Super Mario Galaxy 2 - Metroid: Other M - FlingSmash - Wii Vitality - The Legend of Zelda: Wii - Line Attack Heroes - Maybe one small surprise (Mario sport title, other Wii MotionPlus title) Retro Studios new title will be announced at E3 but it'll have a 2011 release date, most likely releasing between April and July next year. Nintendo do not stuff holidays with a lot of content, just a couple of heavy hitting games. I can't see them releasing three big titles so I think Pikmin 3 will be 2011, Retro's title will be 2011, Last Story will be 2011, another Paper Mario will be 2011, Project Sora's next title will be 2011 and a couple of important new IP's built around WM+ will be the big hardware pushers of 2011. |
Eh, Xenoblade and PokePark are sure things for the 2nd half imo. Reginliev a big fat "maybe", but honestly I'd say the same applies to Line Attack Heroes.
I agree that Retro's Game, Sora's game, The Last Story, Pikmin 3, and about everything else of note (Kirby) will be 2011.
