Nope, FFXIII will be done at basically 1.9m (Famitsu has it at 1.86, VGC at 1.89m) it may go 10k-ish higher, but no more. I do think a (multiplatform) International release could push another 200-300k though, and I do expect that to happen. If it's PS3 only though, probably only 200k more.
