MGS4 best of has sold about 100k, RE5 new edition, 150k in week 1...

MGS4 Best is a budget reprint, RE5AE and FFXIII International are upgraded rereleases.  Not really the same thing, the latter's really a separate SKU and more like if you combined Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus sales together.  Also, upgraded RE rereleases tend to do much better than average (RE1DC, RECVX, RE4Wii, RE5AE, etc).

I'd say a potential FFXIII International is more likely to be multiplatform too, so everyone should probably be adding 360 JP sales too then.  It's sales also tend to depend on how much new content is added (FFX-2 International + Last Mission sold more than FFX International, despite not being as popular a game).
