the sane money would be on Spain as they have the best squad by quite a margin but we all know how they love to underachieve at the world cup. I would love to say England but for my money Rooney will suffer complete burn out by halfway through the tournament and with out him on form, no. Its odd but i have a feeling that France will do better than expected, whether they deserve to be there is immaterial now but i bet they cant buy a penalty. The more i think about it, the more its Spain.
