meh. He can only lose. If he doesn't pick England half the website would complain just like if any other "big" country was excluded.

But Italy has won the World Cup more often then every choice he put up there but Brazil. 

They are the second biggest football power in the world... ever.  That's all that I'm saying.   

Like I said, I visited dozens of different football fan sites and listened to opinions from hundreds of different football fans. All you've done is quote some facts that everyone and their grandmother knows. We also have a large population of people from the United Kingdom on this site (second only to American users in number), and they would likely complain if I left out the option for it. I'm also basing this on football performance over the last couple years. Hell, Uruguay has won more world cups than England, and nobody could seriously say they're able to beat England today. But I suppose James Bond himself would be happy that I included the British option. I guess not.

Of course they can, Uruguay isnt a top contender but they arent weak, I see no reason why they wouldnt be able to beat England in a match, England would probably beat them but I dont think there is actually a huge difference between both.
