In the Worldwide Software Shipments Chart, Super Mario Kart is sitting pretty at #25, with Japanese sales listed as 3.82 million. Yet it is mysteriously absent from the Japanese All Time chart, where it should land between DQVII and FFVIII. Is this because a game is added to the territorial charts only when you have all the weekly data on it?
