Help me decide a game to buy ... and explain why? :-)

I voted Heavy Rain. I have just completed it, and I can say that there is nothing like it in gaming today. The story is among the best in the industry and probably the most well told one. There is not a single game on the market that deals this well with ethics, love and other themes in a mature way. Everything is just... wow...
