If Sony finishes third with the PS3, does that mean there won't be another Playstation console? If the 360 is profitable for Microsoft, third place or not, I don't see them leaving the market. This is a foothold for them into a marketspace that has been very profitable, and as far as games go, more lucrative than PC games.
