Do PC games outsell console and hand held games?

well maybe if all the digital distribution providers released their numbers we could answer the question but as they don't there is no real way of knowing. Also I would say given only full retail level games PC sales wouldn't be anyware near the level of all current consoles combined possibly one of the biggest in terms of revenue thanks to no platform licensing etc tho.
