It is up slightly in Japan though, although it is down more in America then it is up in Japan...
This time last year the Wii was still selling very strongly and had sort of a carryover effect from the astronomical 2008. It wasn't until quarter 2 that Wii sales began to fall in 2009. Now if Wii sales are down from Q2 this year to last year's Q2, that's when I'll start to get a bit concerned. But I don't think that will happen with the next few months having some strong titles coming and the prolonged effect of NSMB Wii.
And of course, there is also the shortage issue in America.
