Well, when I was a kid my family got a Super Nintendo. I was only like 2 or 3 at the time, but I still remember my first memories of it, playing Super Mario All-Stars with my brother. Later I moved on to Super Mario World and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, and the rest is history. I've loved Nintendo since I could walk, and even though I've owned other consoles and played other games, there's just nothing in my mind that comes close to Nintendo quality.
Nintendo have helped me through most of the hard times in my life, and I'll never stop showing my appreciation for this company and the products they've made and continue making. It's safe to say that without Nintendo, I wouldn't be who I am today

Well I've been a Nintendo fan since I'm around 2 years old. Back in the day, I beat Super Mario Bros, Ninja Gaiden, Strider, TMNT and Duck Hunt (among others) with an uncle of mine. That was my very first contact with videogames and with Nintendo. Then I got a SNES when it was released, I was around 4 years old. It was MY Nintendo this time. I still have it, I love it's gray and yellowish looks.
As for the N64, unfortunately I couldn't get it at launch, but I dreamed with it (really, dreamed) for months before I got it. It's home to the best game ever, Ocarina of Time (first edition, with red blood and glitches), which I replayed dozens of times. When the Gameboy Color was launched, I got it just because Link's Awakening, since I had played it before with a friend, and I was amazed with it. Also got Pokémon Blue, Yellow, Gold and Pinball. I even got a second, japanese GBC just for the heck of it.
I got my GBA with a scholarship I won at a national school contest. Screw school, go GBA. I got the Gamecube a day before it launched because I bribed an employee of my local Sears Roebuck. I played Luigi's Mansion literally non-stop for 2 days, finishing it multiples times in the process.
When the Wii was launched, I just started with my then newest job. I saw it at a store for around $450 USD in cash... or $700 with credit. Unfortunately I didn't had the cash in that moment... but I had my credit card, and I said "screw it, I want my Wii NOW". Best $700 I've spent, even better than my PC. Its the platform (including PC) in which I've played the most.
Despite I'm a PC gamer too, there's just nothing like Nintendo. My consoles have a special meaning to me. I could sell my PC any day if I had to. But not my Nintendos and their games, even if I died from hunger thanks to that.
