Need some help with getting a new PC.

Either way, it's nearly always better to build yourself. You'll get the exact parts that you need/want without having to deal with subpar generic parts, preinstalled bloatware, and awful customer service.

It's meant for gaming  . Screen resolution is 2560 x 1600. But 1600 x 1200 or 1920 x 1200 is more then enough for me. Could you give me the names of some good parts? Like I said, the budget is 1200 euro's .
