Thats weird.. well the usual antivirus check(norton kapersky,MS essentials).. if you dont have a firewall I highly recommend you install one- try Ccleaner as well to remove all those temp files etc. Try changing your browser- safari/chrome/opera. Do any of the other computers on your network have the same issues? If your on wifi, I suggest you try ethernet or vice versa.
Hopefully these basic checks will help isolate the problem.
