Sony: PSN Is 'A Lot More Egalitarian' than Xbox Live

I prefer the one that allowed me to watch seasons 1-5 of "The Office" with my Netflix account for nothing beyond my $8.99/month subscription fee.

Also I haven't used the 360 Netflix for quite a while but has it changed? I ask because from my experience the PS3 version is substantially better, especially when I don't have to go onto Netflix.com, add a movie, then boot up the console just to watch something. PS3 Netflix gives me the ability to browse multiple genres and lists shows/movies similar to those in my instant queue.

Is the 360 version like this now or is it still only allow you to watch what was added from your PC to your instant view queue?
