Wii and GC games with better visuals than Resident Evil 4

The conduit if you look at the right levels, it's just not consistent...  and they put the worse at the front of the game.

World at War, and probably reflex.

Super Mario Galaxy.


Some others that are comparable, but can't think of anything a lot better.
