I think part of it is you start with teh word that you're trying to get a picture for, so when you see the picture, you're like "yup, that pic sure is a perfect example to get the word I want" but you don't really consider teh other possible words that can be extracted from teh pic.

 Well I purposely pick images that aren't TOO obvious...I could have picked a generic doctor, or some already extracted beans, or a complex, nondescript machine, but I figure having other words as possibilities makes the game more fun.
