WiiWare needs a more convenient system of payment.
There are so many people out there who don't want to use credit cards online, and going to the store for cards defeats the purpose of DD from the perspective of the consumer.
Here's what I suggest (I've seen this on a website selling ads): When you buy a game, a short PIN is given, you call a number on your phone, enter the PIN when asked, and they charge to your phone bill/credit. The PIN can be short because the period for payment can be only a few hours, for example (and nobody is going to defraud you by trying to pay for your games).
