I agree with you. I picked up a PSP for Crisis Core (which was awesome) and besides that I haven't seen another game that was a must play for the system that wasn't either a PS2 game or a stripped down version of a current gen console game. More games need be developed specifically for the handheld. It has a ton of horsepower and a beautiful screen, but there is just nothing I feel like playing on it. Such a shame.

It is ,imo , one of the most disappointing things to come out of this gen is Sony's inability to capitalize on what was a promising handheld.....Sony needs to learn that you cant treat the home and handheld markets the same and I believe nintendo's ass whooping in critically acclaimed games , software sales and most importantly hardware sales is teaching sony this very lesson.

The PSP2 will hopefully be what the PSP was not.

BTW:I also picked up a psp for crisis core and chains of olympus but ever since then ive resorted to using the machine as a N64 , SNES and GBA emulator to give the psp some worth as a handheld , as sony's own lineup wasnt doing that.
