A release this Christmas for KZ3 is possible,KZ2 was already finished on Nov 2008, they just delayed because of Resistance 2 released on November, they would have shot themselves in the foot.
Then remember that Uncharted 2 was done in 18 months, you just have to calculate, if Killzone 3 is released this Christmas, it means that it was done un 24/26 months (at least 20), it's more than enough for Guerilla.
