I am really confused as to why you are taking issue with Games4Fun's stance on this issue.  It is extremely common behavior among consumers.  Businesses that treat their customers well see repeat business.  Businesses that don't lose customers.

I don't get how people can base the quality of a product off 1 person's bullshit...It's not like the whole SCE is like that. Doesn't make sense, at least give it a chance and play it with an open mind. It might be the next best thing for the person.

It is not about the quality of the product.  It is about the way they treat their customers.

Let's go back to the restaurant example one of you used.  A particular restaurant may have some the best food in the world, but if the waiters get your order wrong, the food takes forever to get to you, and the manager doesn't care when you complain, then most people wouldn't go back.

It appears the Games4Fun does not like the way that Sony treats gamers, so he does not buy their console.  That's the way business works.
