I am sorry to hear you can not play your game. I never buy used games online for this reason. Also if you go to Gamestop or pond shops for a game make sure you look at the disk before you hand them any money as it can be a pain to get them to take it back sometimes. I buy almost all my games new anyways anymore except the older ones I find at a yard sale.
