Japan can be quite racist (though not always). My Japanese professor is an expatriate, and i occasionally hear her lament the influx of Chinese and Koreans into the country (she claims their presence makes Tokyo unsafe).

Greece i imagine would be rather xenophobic too (especially about the Slavs) but i'm not sure.

Which is funny because the people living in Greece right now have nothing in common with the Greeks of old. Somewhere during the Macedonian, then Roman, then Byzantine, then Turkish rule they lost that claim. If anything, southern Italians have more in common than the half turks in Greece currently.
