This was not an attempt to be funny (perhaps my style of writing indicates otherwise to some people) nor was it a dig at the PS3. This website is, albeit less so now than back then, focussed on sales. As such this is an observation about an interesting trend and a reversal of fortunes. I like to watch the graphs tick along their weeks and discuss them.

I remember reading that thread a while back and thinking what an incredible thing it was the Wii america numbers passing the PS3 numbers. But I had completely forgotten about that.

I think the numbers are getting less and less interesting, mostly because the outcome is becoming more and more clear. Therefore these little turns and twists are getting fewer and farther between, and I'm not really looking for them anymore.

I used to love the excitement of these events. I would congratulate X machine for selling better than the Wii. Usually because it deserved it in some respect. Though now it's gotten super dull.

Most of the interesting stuff is with the games now.
