Regular PSP is 2 inches and 3/4 tall.

I never said 6", but I wouldn't be able to fit a PSP and a half in my pocket

I would easily imagine this device being 6 inches large by 3.5 inches tall when close. Its a 16/9 screen after all. It could be just a bit bigger than the PSPgo. Not sure how you got the conclusion this product would be big. Did the person designing this, publish the dimension he would give it? If not you can zoom into a bactery and make it looks like its 12 inches * 12 inches, but its not the case.

Well, simply because the area with the PlayStation controls looks like it take up half the height of the device. In the PSP go, they are basically the height of the device. I know they could squeeze it down, which is why I went with the conservative estimate of 50% taller
