Besides the awful AC numbers the list is good though.

To be fair, they already had the engine and took less time to make, I can see UC2 being that cheap.

I also expect Killzone 3 to be much cheaper than Killzone 2.

Ubisoft made a brand new engine for Assassin's Creed. And it's already confirmed by Guillemot that AC2 cost 20% more than AC1.

Both the actual Assassin's Creed game budget numbers on that list, $20mill and $24 mill respectively, are totally false though and the source they refer to is worthless.
