I don't think that is from Nintendo Dream.

It's Nintendo Dream, look at the design. If you know the magazine you will be familiar with the design.

As for what they are saying, it's just an introduction to the new Pokémon (the new monster, and not the game) without any info about the new game. Perhaps there will be more pages talking about the new game.

Here it says the scan is from Famitsu. Though I have no way of knowing from which magazine it really is. Guess will have to wait.

It could also be that the 25 page of new Pokemon game info was fake.
