 You are being sarcastic, I hope...  You cannot exist in life without statistics.  If you are serious, maybe you should check out a book called "Against the Gods".  It is a nice work on the history of statistics and how it brought mankind into the modern age.   The gist of it is that, before statistics, everything was the "will of the gods".  Today we know that if we roll a six-sided die, we have a 1/6 chance of rolling a 6.  The gods didn't will the 6.  It was chance and statistics predicts it.

Everything in any modern manufacturing facility is using process controls which use statistics for quality control.  Insurance rates are based on statistics.  The price you pay for a stamp is based on statistics.  NPD is based on statistics... and so on...
